The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

I am married, we have a son, a step-son and a daughter. I have worked as a School Counselor, Mental Health Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Coordinator and a Payroll Manager. My husband retired in 2003, so I also retired from my full-time work. We lived in Phila., and in 2003 we moved to the Jersey Cape. We have 2 granddaughters. Since our daughter was attending Penn State we would go to a few of the home football games. When she graduated, we still go to one a year. I remember Meade Heights and the "homes" in which we resided. So sorry they were demolished but I'm sure they were well worn. (it was known as Capitol Campus). Memories: The first Earth Day; rock concerts in front of the Ad building; dances and other concerts; organic gardening with Dr. Ramsey; going up to Main Campus for football games and concerts; many caring professors and staff; being politically involved; great discussions at the round desk. Peace, love, flower power, music, humanitarian events etc. etc.
